How Delivery Works
At Burrum Landscape Supplies, we deliver bulk landscape products direct to your property across Howard, Burrum Heads, Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Childers, Woodgate and Bundaberg — and everywhere in between.
Here's everything you need to know before you order.
What Can Be Delivered vs Posted?

Delivery Pricing
Our delivery pricing is based on three simple things:
- Where you are (distance from our Howard yard)
- How much you're ordering (number of loads required)
- Which truck you need (small or big)

Truck + Trailer Available for Large Orders
Our big truck (Eagle) can run with the tipper trailer attached — at no extra charge. Same delivery rate, significantly more material in a single trip.
- Trailer capacity: approximately 13 tonnes
- Combined delivery: up to approximately 21m³ of soils and mulches, or approximately 17m³ of aggregates and sands — in one run
- No additional cost — trailer delivery is included in the standard big truck rate

How Many Loads Will I Need?
Load capacity depends on the weight of the product. Lighter materials like soils, mulches and composts fit more per load than heavy aggregates and sands.

Not sure how many m³ you need? Multiply your area length (m) × width (m) × depth (m) to get your cubic metres. Or call us — we're happy to help you work it out.
Truck Size – Please Let Us Know
We operate both a large truck and a small truck to suit different properties and access points. For large orders, the big truck can also run with our tipper trailer — more material in a single trip, at no extra cost.
When placing your order, please let us know which applies:
Big Truck (EAGLE) access — suitable for most standard driveways and open properties.
Truck + Trailer — for large orders on open or rural properties with adequate access. Included in the standard big truck rate.
Small Truck (FUSO) required — narrow driveways, tight access, low clearance, or difficult terrain.
Selecting the wrong truck size can delay your delivery. If you're unsure, choose small truck or call us and we'll advise. For truck and trailer runs, let us know your site details and we'll confirm access before we head out.
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver within 1–2 business days of your order being confirmed.
When placing your order, let us know your preferred delivery window:
- Morning — 7am to 12pm
- Afternoon — 12pm to 4pm
- Flexible — next available slot
We'll confirm your delivery date and time via SMS or phone call within 24 hours of your order. Someone needs to be available to direct placement of your delivery — we cannot leave bulk product unattended in the street.
Can I Pick Up Instead?
Absolutely. You're welcome to collect from our yard in Howard during opening hours.
